Usage
The Template:Статья ("Statja", article) is used to format a journal citation with Russian parameter names, as in the Russian Wikipedia cite template ru:Шаблон:Статья.

Most parameters are optional. Some parameters have English alternative names, such as "volume=" for "том=" or "pages=" for "страницы=" where the display format can differ somewhat for the English-named parameters.
Limitations
The {issue} parameter "выпуск=" will combine with the {number} parameter "номер=" to set "issue=ii;nn" with semicolon separator, to avoid cite warnings of issue+number. If no issue is specified, then just sets "number=" when "номер=" is set.
