With no arguments, {{White House website}} produces:

There are four parameters, article, url, author, accessdate. The article and url parameters should be used together. For example,
{{White House website|article = National Security Council |url = http://www.whitehouse.gov/nsc/history.html}} produces:
- This article incorporates public domain material from the White House document: "National Security Council".
{{White House website|article = National Security Council|url = http://www.whitehouse.gov/nsc/history.html|author= Nicole T. Carter}} produces:
