Based on the US Weather Service's maritime warning flags. 5=no warning 4=small craft warning 3=gale warning 2=storm warning 1=hurricane warning. Adopted in the 1950's and until recently flown at US Coast Guard stations etc. Admittedly US-centric. Also, the double flags would be flown on one pole, but that made the graphic too tall... It can be anything like 100% or 300px, but keeping the width above 40% or 250px should make the tabs be proportional on computer monitors with lower display resolution. Utilizes the infobox CSS class (so the heading only appears highlighted like that if it's embedded in, say, another infobox. Or this collapse box). I added a strict type. Just use {{Vandalism information|prefix=User:ToonLucas22/|type=strict}} and the Level 2 sign will be a red triangle instead of an orange triangle and the Level 1 sign will turn into an emergency light. This template is based off the wikitables for each category at Saffir-Simpson scale. The category and actual level are switched because higher vandalism types are considered to be more intense.
