Checks whether {{ROOTPAGENAME}} = {{PAGENAME}}
Note: namespace is not checked. So: "Template:Foo" and "Category:Foo" test positive.
Usage
Main usage: in {{documentation}} subpage. To prevent subtemplates that use the same doc page to categorise.
