Usage
{{Restored-original version|other=restored image's name, without [[File: or ]]}}
For example, {{Restored-original version|other=Example.png}} creates:
 | This image is the unrestored version of a restored image which is in the Public Domain in the United States but not elsewhere. If the restored image is in use in article space, this image needs to be retained for reference purposes. |
