This template can be used to tag statements in articles that may be repeating previously-stated information. This does not apply to the lead; the lead is a summary of the information in the article.
An optional parameter, |uncertain=, can be used to append a question mark (?) to the end of the text in square brackets.

| uncertain | uncertain | This parameter can be used to append a question mark (?) to the text in square brackets. It should be used if you are not sure whether the tagged text is repetition. As long as this parameter exists and is not empty, the question mark will be shown; omit the parameter entirely if you want to remove it.
