Usage
Use the same as a cookie template – {{subst:munch}}. To use a different name to your user name, use {{subst:munch plate|Name}}.
If you're male
Add |gender=male – {{subst:munch plate|gender=male}}

Spread the goodness of cookies by adding {{subst:cookie}} or {{cookies}} to someone's talk page with a friendly message, or eat a cookie with {{subst:munch plate}}!
