Use an anonymous parameter to specify the string of characters to test.
If you want to include the following fallback fonts for all entries, specify the {{{fallbacks}}} parameter:
lastresort, unicode bmp fallback sil, monospace
You can also specify {{{italic}}} and {{{bold}}} parameters to test these variants, too.
