A simple utility template to check whether a country is currently a member state of the European Union. Also works for the adjectival form, e.g. "Finnish", "Greek"
Returns "European Union" if true.
Otherwise returns nothing, including for blank or nonsensical values.
Usage
Takes only one parameter: the name of a country or its nationality. Case-insensitive.

... where "Foo" is the name of a country
