This template creates miniature timescales for usage in describing evolution of clades

Parameters

• |period= - Selects the timeframe to be displayed (see below)
• |left= optional - Sets the left padding of the timeline (in em)
• |labels= optional - Sets geological time labels to be displayed (era, period, epoch, age)

Period options:

• cenozoic not functional - displays entire Cenozoic timescale
• quaternary not functional - displays Quaternary timescale
• neogene not functional - displays Neogene timescale
• paleogene not functional - displays Paleogene timescale
• cenozoicmesozoic not functional - displays Early Cretaceous to Quaternary timescale
• mesozoic currently functional - displays Mesozoic timescale
• cretaceous currently functional - displays Cretaceous timescale
• late cretaceous currently functional - displays Late Cretaceous timescale
• early cretaceous currently functional - displays Early Cretaceous timescale
• jurassiccretaceous not functional - displays Jurassic and Cretaceous timescales
• jurassic currently functional - displays Jurassic timescale
• triassic currently functional - displays Triassic timescale
