This template uses Lua:
  • Module:Format title
This template should always be substituted (i.e., use {{subst:Ftqi}}). Any accidental transclusions will be automatically substituted by a bot.

Usage

This template (short for "format title of episode") is intended for formatting article titles of television episodes or album tracks on disambiguation pages. It puts the non-parenthetical portion of a page title in double quotes, puts the parenthetical portion in italics, and links to the given page.

{{subst:ftq|Ship in a Bottle (Star Trek: The Next Generation)}} → "Ship in a Bottle" (Star Trek: The Next Generation)

See also

  • {{ftq}} – Puts the non-parenthetical portion of a page title in double quotes.
  • {{fti}} – Italicizes the non-parenthetical portion of a page title (or, when "invert" is specified, the parenthetical portion only).
The above documentation is transcluded from Template:Ftqi/doc. (edit | history)
