Template:Delete when empty

An editor has requested that when this category has been empty for 7 days it be uncontroversially deleted under criterion C1. This may be because a template which was previously populating this category has been changed.

Usage

This template adds the speedy deletion template {{db-c1}} to a category, when that category is empty. If the category is not empty it produces the above output.
