This template provides an alternate way to add a new comment to a Talk page. It inserts a link that, when followed, leads to the standard section-add screen.
This is needed due to bugs and limitations in MediaWiki and various browsers; and due to the failure or unwillingness of some users to archive lengthy discussions. Some such pages may simply refuse to load fully for some users, shutting them out of any ability to further comment.
Usage
{{add|message}}
Transclude or substitute this template near the top of a long discussion page. Choose an appropriate message: the template's only parameter. No formatting is applied to the message, permitting maximum flexibility.
