Usage

This template is intended to be put at the top of biographical articles which rely primarily or entirely on the Internet Movie Database (IMDb) as a source. It places the articles in Category:Articles sourced by IMDb or an appropriate subcategory. It is a wrapper for the {{BLP IMDb refimprove}} template with the |only=yes parameter included.

If the article relies primarily but not entirely on IMDb as a source, use the general {{BLP IMDb refimprove}} template instead; if a significant amount of material is attributed to sources other than IMDb, but there is still unreferenced material, consider using {{BLP refimprove}} instead.

Parameters

This template takes one named parameter:

|date=, to add the date

Examples

{{BLP unverified}} – for stubbing inadequately referenced BLPs
{{BLP noticeboard}} – for BLP articles that are being discussed on the BLP noticeboard
{{Like resume}} – for biographical articles that promote the subject
