Template documentation{{Cleanup translation}} will categorise tagged articles into Category:Wikipedia articles needing cleanup after translation or Category:Wikipedia articles to be checked after translation when used with type=check.
Usage

Enter the language needed in the first parameter. If unsure of language, enter:

The second parameter, listed, determines whether the bottom half of the template is shown. The bottom half shows instructions on how to list the page on Wikipedia:Pages needing translation into English. If you have listed the page and wish to hide the instructions as a courtesy to readers, set listed to yes, like this:

If it's not certain whether the page is actually in poor condition but the accuracy of the translation needs to be verified, use type=check to change the wording and category:
