This template is for images listed in the bad image list and is placed on the Image/File page and Talk page. This template lists its pages in Category:Wikipedia restricted images.

(Note: The addition or removal of this template does not actually add or remove restrictions on where the image can be used. For that, see MediaWiki talk:Bad image list.)

Usage

Simple use

Custom "such as" text

{{restricted use|suchas=<!-- custom "such as" text -->}}

Parameters

This template has one parameter, |suchas=. If this is specified, the text is inserted after "To use this image legitimately, ". You need to insert a comma at the end if that is the behaviour you want; the template does not insert punctuation for you.
