Template:Citations broken from PEIS limit/doc

This template should be used to tag pages that exceed the page size limit. Such articles should be reduced to a size below this limit as soon as possible, as this will cause templates at the bottom of the page (typically references) to appear only as a link to a template. By default, the first parameter is set to be the section of the talk page discussing the issue.

Usage

• |1= or |section= should be the section of the talk page where discussion is taking place
• |2= replaces "talk page"
• |date= should be set to the month and year the template was applied
• |Does Note section exist? (used as an alternative if reflist isn't showing= - "yes" is used to avert a situation where the footnote in the template (ironically) does not display in the article because of the PEIS limit being exceeded, thereby transforming the footnote into one that can be put into a "Notes" section, if it exists.
