This template is used after a person's name in the {{Infobox military conflict}} template to indicate that the person was assassinated.

Usage

{{Assassinated}} displays dagger symbol:  X
{{Assassinated|bold=no}} does not bold the symbol:  X
{{Assassinated|alt=yes}} displays the abbreviation:  (Assassinated)

The text displayed is linked to Assassinated and has a tooltip.
