Generates an external link to the municipal information site of the Federal Institute of Municipal Affairs (IFAM), which is part of the Argentinian Ministry of the Interior and Transport.
Usage

where IFAM code is an IFAM reference code/municipality identifier. IFAM codes can be found using the municipal data search page and inspecting the links in the search results.
