Usage
This template is intended to be used to reassure new editors who have had unequivocal abuse posted on their talk page. Do not use if they have simply been in a dispute, or warned for improper behaviour.
Add {{subst:Abuse-response}} ~~~~ to the user's talk page.
Parameters:
