Please consider adding a discussion section to the target article's talk page where you explain why you believe the merger should be performed. When to use
This notice is to be used on user talk pages for users who have placed merge tags without creating a merger discussion or giving a rationale for the merger.
- Before using please check talk pages for both the destination and source pages and the edit summary for when the merge tag was added to make sure the rationale wasn't given in another place.
