This template puts appropriate language tags around the title of the page, in a similar way to Template:Lang. See Template:Lang/doc § Rationale for more information.

TemplateData for Title language

Indicate that an article title belongs to a particular language. Allows browsers to correctly present and pronounce foreign-language titles.

This template prefers inline formatting of parameters.
