Usage

{{subst:RfA-thanks|name of RfA subpage|what the RfA did|supports|opposes|neutrals|additional comments}} ~~~~

The first parameter will usually be just your username (e.g., Example), but if this is not your first RfA, it will be something like Example 2.

Example: {{subst:RfA-thanks|Example|passed nearly unanimously|76|2|2|Thanks for nominating me!}} ~~~~
Would produce:

RfA thanks

Thank you for voting in my RfA, which passed nearly unanimously with 76 support, 2 oppose, and 2 neutral. Thanks for nominating me!
