Creates a single line showing links to the page, its talk page, logs, page history if page has not been deleted, links, a link to watch the page, links to up to 4 Articles for Deletion discussions, and a link to the first Miscellaneous for Deletion discussion if it exists.
Usage
Page which has survived a deletion discussion, showing history and links to AFD discussions. Up to 4 AFD discussions are shown.
Page which was deleted after a second AFD. No link to history as it would be useless. Non-existent AFD discussions are not shown.
Page which does not exist and which has no associated AFD discussions.
Page which has been nominated for MFD. Only the first MFD discussion is shown.
Not shown: A page with both MFD and AFD discussions will show links to the first 4 AFD discussions followed by a link to the MFD discussion.
