Usage
 | This template should always be substituted (i.e., use {{subst:Olive branch}}). |
Takes two optional (and optionally numbered) parameters:
|1= Message, and you need to manually add your sig. Defaults to just your sig if parameter is omitted.
|2= The heading. Defaults to "I extend the olive branch."
