Template:KIA/doc

This template is used after a person's name in the {{Infobox military conflict}} template to indicate that the person was killed in action.

Usage

{{KIA}} displays dagger symbol:  †
{{KIA|bold=no}} does not bold the symbol:  †
{{KIA|alt=yes}} (or {{KIA2}} for short) displays the abbreviation:  (KIA)

The text displayed is linked to Killed in action and has a tooltip.
