Usage
{{DisestcatCountryDecade| century digits from year number | decade digit | century name | country [ | sort key ] }}
E.g. {{DisestcatCountryDecade|17|9|18th|the Southern Netherlands|Southern Netherlands}} for Category:1790s disestablishments in the Southern Netherlands
Note: if any of the parent categories should use a different country name, simply set up a category redirect at the default name. E.g. Category:Disestablishments in the Southern Netherlands by decade is redirected to Category:Disestablishments in Belgium by decade, and as a result, the 1790s example above will take the Belgium category as its parent, in place of the one that is redirected.
