This regional WikiProject user template creates a userbox that identifies a member of WikiProject Samoa.
To join WikiProject Samoa, add your username to Wikipedia:WikiProject Samoa#Participants.
Use
If you place the Wikitext {{User WP Samoa}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:
 | This user is a member of WikiProject Samoa. |
If you place the Wikitext {{User WP Samoa|invite}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:
| This user invites you to join WikiProject Samoa. |
Either of these will add your user page to the following two categories:
A nocat=true parameter may be used to inhibit the declaration of these categories.
