This subtemplate calls {{scinote/e}} to display {{{1}}}×10^{{{3}}}, adding trailing zeros such that there are at least {{{4}}} + {{{3}}} − {{{2}}} − 1 significant figures after the decimal point (limited to twelve) using {{#invoke:math|precision_format}}
