Usage
The {{RMpmc}} template should be added after the closing rationale when a page mover does a non-administrator closure of a requested move discussion. This is done as a courtesy to interested debate participants, but is not optional. Instructions on template use are also available at Wikipedia:Requested moves/Closing instructions.
{{RMpmc}} is a wrapper for {{RMnac|pmc}}. The base {{RMnac}} template is used, with no parameter, by non-pagemovers; its link goes to WP:RMNAC instead of WP:RMPMC, and the text will read "(non-admin closure)" instead of "(closed by non-admin page mover)".
