  In this Philippine name, the middle name or maternal family name is Mendoza and the surname or paternal family name is Salvador.
• {{Philippine name|Mendoza|Salvador|ph=spanish}} →
  In this Philippine name, normally written in reverse, the first or paternal family name is Mendoza and the second or maternal family name is Salvador.

Note: Not all Filipinos use this variant of naming standards. This should only be used for Filipinos born after 1900, but who normally prefer to render their name using Spanish naming order.
