Usage

- The
|from=argument can be omitted if the article is not moved; - The
|link=argument is optional. It may be either an unbracketed wikilink or permanent link, preferably to the #section where the discussion was held. - If the above code is copied and pasted to the talk page, then remember to change the "date" to the proposal date of the requested move.
All parameters can be enumerated (|from2=, |link3= and so on) to add multiple entries.
