Sets the string Topics referred to by the same term (per discussion) as the short description for disambiguation pages via the individual disambiguation message box templates. Adds the tracking category Category:Disambiguation pages with short description via the pagetype parameter. The use of includeonly here and in the transclusions prevents the templates from receiving that short description and category.
