Renders a flag icon and wikilink to Netherlands Antilles. This template is equivalent to {{flag|Netherlands Antilles}}, but is named after the standard three letter ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country code and FIFA code for Netherlands Antilles as a shorthand editing convenience.
