For links to pages on SongFacts, whose URL has the form http://www.songfacts.com/detail.php?id=[ID]
Parameters
|id=: slug of the SongFacts URL; for examplehttp://www.songfacts.com/detail.php?id=1697has the ID 1697|title=: text to display. Defaults to page name.|accessdate=: for use in references
