This template uses the values held at User:Amalthea/RfX/RfA count and User:Amalthea/RfX/RfB count to create a message for the watchlist notices.
It will only produce a message if the content of User:Amalthea/RfX/RfA count or User:Amalthea/RfX/RfB count is a positive integer.
