This is an extended version of the template Comment, which allows an additional phrase to the main word which is used to determine the icon.

Should we delete this page?
{{ExtendedComment|Agree| with your suggestion.}} The page is now useless.- →
Agree with your suggestion. The page is now useless.
Traditional method
You can still achieve this using {{Comment}} by using your alternative text as the second parameter, however using this makes the comment easier to read as wikitext.
