Criteria
The The Missing Barnstar is designed for Wikipedians who are long overdue for a Barnstar due to their efforts, if they've ever received one at all for that matter (apparently their Barnstar was missing).The Missing Barnstar was introduced by Karmafist on September 1, 2005.
Usage
To use this Barnstar template, create a new section on the user talkpage of the user you want to give the award to, and add {{subst:MissingBarnstar|1=Put your message here. ~~~~}}
to the talk page of the user to whom you wish to award it.
