Usage

This template displays the number of pages in a category in a variety of formats, with an optional backlog parameter.

Note: This template uses expensive parser functions, so when this template is used repeatedly on a page, the page may take a long time to load.

Full parameters

{{Category information|1=(cat name)|backlog=|format=}}

• |1= the name of the category.
• |backlog= (optional) an integer used to work out if the category has a backlog (when the number of pages is greater than this number). When not using this parameter, the backlog feature will not be used.
• |format= (optional) either onlyinfo or bullet, used to customise output of this template. The default is bullet.
