Use this template if an article includes public domain material from 1991 version of the Dictionary of Occupational Terms.
Usage
Either use the template {{DOT1991}} with no arguments, producing
This article incorporates public domain material from the United States Department of Labor document: "Dictionary of Occupational Titles, revised 1991".
Or supply two arguments, article for the title of the document, and url, the URL that links to the document, to refer to a specific page in the Dictionary.
{{DOT1991|article=An article|url=http://www.dol.gov/somewhere.html}} produces
