This template is for use by oversighters when they suppress personally identifiable contact information.

Place <code><nowiki>{{subst:</nowiki>{{BASEPAGENAME}}<nowiki>}} ~~~~</nowiki></code> on a the talk page of a user who self-disclosed contact information you have oversighted. The template does not include a section header. For minors, the template {{tlp|suppressed}} or one of its derivatives should be used.

To specify a page on which the personal contact information was placed, the syntax <code><nowiki>{{subst:</nowiki>{{BASEPAGENAME}}<nowiki>|1=PAGE TITLE}} ~~~~</nowiki></code> may be used, where <code>PAGE TITLE</code> is the name of the page on which the user posted the oversighted information.
