This template is for marking sections of a page as [[WP:POL|policies]]. If the entire page is a policy, use {{tl|Policy}} instead. <br />

This template should be placed directly below the header of the section that is being denoted as policy. Once you have marked the sections, {{tl|Policy section top}} should be placed at the top of the page.<br />
