== Usage ==
This is a [[WP:WRAPPER|wrapper]] for {{tl|If IP}} intended for processes that a user must be logged in to complete. It outputs nothing if viewed by a logged in user but a message to log in or create an account when viewed logged out. The links are structured such that the user will automatically return to the page once they're logged in.
