This template is an alternative to {{tl|Di-no permission-notice}} which may be used if the image is being tagged for deletion after the user tagged the image with {{tl|OTRS received}} but no follow-up message was received.

Please note that you should generally only use this template if you are an OTRS volunteer and you have checked to make sure that no follow-up to a statement of permission has been received.
